We are looking for talented, dynamic people with fluent English and native Turkish language skills to join our team as junior manager in sales department located in Hamburg, Germany.

We are a rapidly growing company founded and headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. Our main activities include trading operations on the international markets for agricultural products. As a brokerage agency, we provide with a service all major market players - trade houses, first class exporters/ importers and producers of agricultural commodities mainly on the Black Sea area.

Our candidate is/has:
·Enthusiastic can-do attitude, highly self-motivated, result oriented and a well-developed sense of drive
·Confident negotiator able to ‘close the deal’
·Able to work not only in team, but also to make individual decisions
·Bachelor or Master Degree in International Trade, International Business Administration
·Good knowledge of Incoterms, and agricultural commodity market would be a distinct advantage
·Prior experience in the field of international/regional sales, i.e. internship or apprenticeship
·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
·Willing to learn agri-commodities markets in order to analyze and understand it as well as improve sales and find new possibilities and clients
·Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
·Excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
·Fluency in English and native Turkish language skills are prerequisites for this position, additional language skills is an advantage.

Main responsibilities will include:
•Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service
•Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
•Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of services
•Determine price schedules and discount rates
•Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
•Coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in shipping operations
•Represent company at world’s trade association meetings to promote our services
•Assess marketing potential of new and existing locations, considering statistics and expenditures
